Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all products sold by www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are sold AS-IS, unless the product is covered under warranty. Actual product may look slightly different from the photos. All products sold or distributed by www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Any items that are claimed under warranty can be sent back if the reason falls under what the limited warranty covers for the particular product. Any products shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer.

DTM FiberWerkz Products
All DTM FiberWerkz products are made in the USA. Most products are in stock. If the product is out of stock production will begin once the order has been fully paid for. Production time may take 1-5 business weeks depending on volume of orders placed prior to your order.
Website Images
Please be aware that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.
Internet Ordering Policy
All electronic and internet orders placed through this site could take up to 48 hours to process through www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, shipping department. This will affect ground and air shipments. We strive to process your order as expediently as possible, and most orders are processed the next business day, after we receive the electronic transmission, but due to internet congestion and ISP server errors, sometimes the electronic transmission takes up to 72 hours to transmit. www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, is not responsible for delays in ground shipping by the freight carrier that we might choose to use. There is a 30% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 60 days of purchase date.
Payment
All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.
Returns
All returns must be authorized and approved by www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all returns and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA, in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at customers' expense. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued for specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns.
Shipping
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write âdamagedâ on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result in a denial for damage claim. We will not ship to a P.O. , A.P.O. , or military address. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Warranty/Liability
All products sold by www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are sold âAS ISâ to the customer. www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA, is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, will not be responsible for the customer's actions.
Bodykits and Aeroparts
Aeroparts (any aerodynamic or cosmetic product for a vehicle, eg. fenders / splitters / scoops ,etc ) Buyer understands that all body kits are sold "AS IS" with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased from www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA. All products sold and manufactured by www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are considered aftermarket in most states. The buyer understands that ALL aftermarket products we offer are intended for off-road use only. It is recommended that you check with your local state laws before you order any products to see if they are legal for highway use in your area. Buyer fully understands that because of strict State Safety and U.S. federal guidelines, www.DTMFberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, is not responsible or liable for any damages and/or possible injury incurred upon possible accident due to driver error, bad judgment or incorrect installation. All aerodynamics kits are manufactured of either FRP( Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) or CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
Installation of Aerodynamics
All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
Fiberglass/Carbon Fiber Hoods
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% FRP or CFRP. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased directly from www.DTMFiberWerkz.com a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA. Not all carbon hoods sold by www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, are perfect and may have minor scratches on the surface. Please keep in mind that there's no perfect fitment like the OEM for all aftermarket parts. www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailer. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/technician install and paint any hoods/body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any body kit/hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough which it cannot be repaired, you must contact www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved (customer must acknowledged damages upon arrival of products; otherwise, www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA, will not be able to file a claim against the shipping company) . Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims.
Contingencies
Seller shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of forces of nature, labor dispute, supplies of material shortage; acts of local state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of seller's business.
Backorders/Cancellations
If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 week. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 30% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 60 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.DTMFiberWerkz.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
