These Mason bars are designed to fit on the BMW E36 92-98 body style with no prior collision damage.Weighs 5 lbs. Bar is made of Steel and is powdercoated black. End Platforms are made from Steel. Unique design allows for bolted connections to chassis floor and differential mounts. Design allows for removal of center cross bar for when extra trunk space is needed, and can be reinstalled for performance driving.

Alloy is the typical choice based on its lightness and attractive brushed finish. Carbon steel braces are powder coated in satin black. The adjustable bars are suggested on cars having encountered front end collisions for proper fit. 6061T6 aluminum alloy will come in a brushed raw finish. Carbon Steel will come in a powder coated satin black.
These Mason strut tower braces greatly strengthens chassis torsional rigidity - tightens up those aging unibodies for fewer squeaks, less chassis flex, tighter steering feel, reduced camber loss under hard cornering, and improves transient response as well. A big secondary benefit of any properly made strut brace is strengthening of the weak strut tower sheet metal that plagues many modern BMWs. Prevent stress cracks and warping at this critical location. This design allows for full access to adjustable struts and camber/caster plates.
