Stainless twin scroll turbo manifold
This is a twin scroll top mount turbo manifold designed to fit the BMW 3-series E30 1983-1991 / M20 engine.
Revshift turbo manifolds are 100% hand fabricated from high quality 304 stainless steel. They are fully TIG welded by a professional welder using a back-purging technique and multi-pass welds for maximum strength and durability. The runners are schedule 10 304 stainless steel and the flanges are made from 1/2" thick 304 stainless steel.
All of our manifolds are assembled on an oem cylinder head to ensure perfect fitment and stud clearance. The turbo flange is tapped to accept 3/8" bolts for easy turbo installation and removal. Each flange is milled on a high precision milling machine to guarantee a leak free seal.
Revshift twin scroll manifolds are designed to spool the turbo as quickly as possible. The runners are arranged to be as close to equal length as possible without causing clearance issues. They are ported and polished for maximum flow and velocity. A T3 or T4 turbo flange and 44mm TiAL or TiAL MV-S external wastegate flanges are available, please specify below.
