DTMFiberWerkz Maufacturing

All DTM Fiberwekz products are made in our California warehouse and take anywhere from 10-15 business days to manufacture then ship. Some items that are in stock will ship within 24-48 business hours. Since we are the manufacture of the DTMFiberWerkz products we never run out of stock!

Shipping
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damage" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result in a denial for damage claim. We will not ship to a P.O. , A.P.O. , or military address. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Shipping to outside of the US varies according to the destination. If you are interested in getting a price quote, please contact our sales department for a quote. Be sure to have the full address ready. For some international countries we can only ship to your nearest port, so please have ready your nearest port. We can be emailed at sales@dtmfiberwerkz.com.

Returns & Claims After Delivery
All returns must be authorized and approved by DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all returns and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All return claim requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA, in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at customers' expense. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary EUROSTOPUSA. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued for specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns.

Cancellations

All orders that are canceled after paid for on our website and before shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.

DTM RaderWerkz Wheels Installation

  • Mounted wheels CAN NOT be returned.
  • Wheels that have been custom made to order (CUSTOM DRILLED PCD/ Bolt patterns) are absolutely non returnable, ALL SALES FINAL!
  • Please INSPECT the products upon arrival for size, color, bolt pattern, blemishes, and any shipping damages.
  • Prior to mounting your tires to the NEW wheels, make sure you check the brakes, hub, bolt pattern, fender and suspension clearance to ensure proper fitment.
  • We are not liable for incorrect tire sizes that are used on rims, incorrect tire sizes may result to rubbing your fenders.
  • Mount tires onto wheels only with equipment specifically designed for alloy wheels.
  • Do not use equipment that will scratch, scrape or abrade the wheels.
  • Wheel adaptors and spacers are not recommended but If installed, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability. Ensure proper hub bore and PCD wheel-spacer-vehicle.
  • Use only self adhesive tape weights when balancing. The use of clip on style weights is not recommended as they can damage the wheel finish and void the warranty.
  • Always use the correct type of lug nut.
  • Always use the vehicle manufacturer's recommended torque specifications when tightening lug nuts.
  • Re-torque the lug nuts after 75-100 miles of driving.

Care & Maintenance

  • Keeping your wheels clean on a continual (weekly) basis is the best way to maintain their "like new" finish and luster.
  • Never clean your wheels while they are hot.
  • Water and a mild non-abrasive cleaner is the best solution for cleaning your wheels.
  • A good rule of thumb to follow when selecting a cleaning solution is; if it is not safe for the paint on your vehicle it is probably not safe for your wheels.
  • Applying a coat of non-abrasive carnauba based auto wax after cleaning is all the protection your wheels should need.

 

Returns

Examples of use are: once a tire is mounted to the rim, or the wheel is bolted to a hub. Q: Why can't I get my shipping charges back?
A: All shipping charges are paid to the shipping company, thus we do not return or refund any shipping charges that has been used.

Q: Do you allow COD?
A: No, all purchases are made on a pre-pay bases. Orders must be paid in full before they get processed.

Q: I ordered two days ago, but I still have not received my tracking number, why?
A: Tracking numbers are provided once the products have been picked up by the shipping company. Only after then, can we provide you with a tracking number.

Q: What do I do with the tracking number?
A: Please contact the shipping company and provide them with the tracking number to find out exactly where your products are.

Q: The driver is at my door step, what should I do?
A: Check the package and its contents for any major damages. If the products are all there sign the bill of lading. If any damages or problems are found make note of it before signing. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.

Q: Do you do any kind of express shipping?
A: Not at this time.

Q: I got my order and I signed for the product, but now I noticed there damages to it, can I return it?
A: If at the time you received the products no signs of damages were noted down on the delivery bill, the products cannot be returned. Once the package is received and signed as clear by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided. You can however, make a claim with the shipping company directly. This does not mean that you will not get your claim, only that DTM a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, will no longer be responsible for your claim.
