The DTM name reflects the (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters) which were the racing series cars from the 80's motorsport era. The most iconic cars from the racing series, including the E30 M3 paved a path for true motorsport racing in the BMW community!

Yes, many of our designs are inspired by the original winning motorsport cars from the 80's and 90's. We have multiple molds and manufacturing setup to never run out of stock on our products! We have no problem manufacturing any finish needed for your Project including Carbon Fiber weave patterns or Fiberglass. Please also contact our sales team for any Private label Manufacturing.

We take great care and precision when making the master Mould as it will be the Mould we use to make all production pieces.
The first stage of the process is to ensure the Mould is clean from any imperfections. Next gelcoat is applied onto the Mould. The gelcoat determines the color finish of the bumper and acts as a protective coating for the fiberglass, we usually use grey color. Once this has cured, we can start laying the fiberglass and resin in the Mould.
Our trained technicians use hand layup technique. You will notice that our parts are thicker than cheap overseas parts but also maintaining light weight, this is due to a special flex resin that we use. Once the fiberglass lay-up is complete the Mould with the piece still in it is left in a temperature-controlled environment so the resin can cure.
Once fully cured we have to remove the piece from the Mould & trimmed. You can see in the pictures bellow that the piece will have edges of fiberglass, this is because when laying the fiberglass, it must be laid over the edge of the Mould to ensure that the edge of the piece is fully covered by fiberglass. The final step is to carefully sand down the edges of the piece. The finished product we send to our customers are not ready for paint. All items are raw fiberglass parts that will have to be finished, smoothed, fitted and painted by a professional body shop.
