Founded in 2002, DTM FiberWerkz has been a key player in the automotive aftermarket industry for over 20 years. What started as a small retail shop with a passion for BMW modifications, body kits, and widebody kits, has grown into a leading manufacturer of our own products.
DTM FiberWerkz Aerodynamics and DTM RaderWerkz Wheels are a direct reflection of our love for Euro motorsports. The DTM name is inspired by the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) racing series of the 1980s. Iconic cars from this era, like the E30 M3, helped shape motorsport racing in the BMW community.
At DTM FiberWerkz, our mission is to provide the best possible motorsport aerodynamics for BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Fiat at competitive prices. Specializing in BMW wide body kits and aero, we are dedicated to supporting our customers throughout their builds.
We aim to build long-term relationships with our customers by providing the products they need, whether they’re starting with an E30 platform or upgrading to E36 chassis and E92 GTR parts. We are here to be your trusted partner for all your aerodynamic needs, now and in the future.
We are proud to operate our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, CA, ensuring quick turnaround times and superior quality compared to overseas parts.
Since our humble beginnings, we've designed distinctive aerodynamics that have gained worldwide recognition. Our collaborations with race teams, Formula D pro drivers, and numerous magazine features—including Euro-Tuner, Performance BMW, and BMW Car Magazine—highlight our impact on the industry.
Many of our designs are inspired by iconic motorsport cars from the '80s and '90s. With multiple molds and a well-established manufacturing setup, we ensure that our products are always ready to manufacture. We can also customize finishes to suit your project, whether it's carbon fiber weave patterns or fiberglass.

We take great care and precision when creating the master mold, as it serves as the template for all our production pieces. The process begins by ensuring the mold is free from any imperfections. Next, a gelcoat is applied, which not only determines the color finish of the part (typically grey) but also acts as a protective layer for the fiberglass. Once the gelcoat has cured, we begin laying fiberglass and resin into the mold.
Our trained technicians use a hand lay-up technique, which results in parts that are thicker and more durable than lower-quality overseas alternatives, yet still lightweight. This is made possible by the special flex resin we use. After the fiberglass lay-up is complete, the mold with the piece inside is placed in a temperature-controlled environment to allow the resin to cure.
Once fully cured, the piece is carefully removed from the mold and trimmed. As seen in the images below, the part will have excess fiberglass along the edges. This is because the fiberglass must be laid over the edge of the mold to ensure full coverage. The final step is carefully sanding the edges of the piece.
Please note that our finished products are not ready for paint. All items are raw fiberglass parts that need to be smoothed, fitted, and painted by a professional body shop before installation.
