DTMFiberWerkz Manufacturing

All DTMFiberWerkz products are made in our California warehouse, with a manufacturing and shipping time of 15-20 business days. Some in-stock items will ship within 24-48 business hours. As the manufacturer of DTMFiberWerkz products, we ensure that we never run out of stock!

Shipping Policy

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all packages have been checked. If damage has occurred, please write "damage" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and packaging material, as the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA, within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a denial of the damage claim. Please note, we do not ship to a P.O., A.P.O., or military address, and shipping fees are not refundable.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling prices listed on our website and at checkout are applicable ONLY for the 48 contiguous US states! For international shipping, rates vary depending on the destination. If you would like an international shipping quote, please contact our sales department with your full address. Returns Policy

All returns must be authorized and approved by DTM, a wholly owned subsidiary of EUROSTOPUSA. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving your order. Approved returns must be sent back to DTM in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at the customer's expense. Ensure the product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns damaged during shipping back to DTM. If damage occurs, a refund will be issued for the specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) once a claim has been settled with the carrier. Non-compliance with this returns policy will result in the shipment being refused and returned to the customer at their expense. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns.

Cancellations

All orders canceled after placement on our website and before shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.
